Abstract:V magistrski nalogi smo snovali prijemalo transportnega zaboja KLT, pri čemer smo uporabili inovacijsko metodo NABC (Need, Approach, Benefit, Competition).

Title:Conception and design of the klt transport crate gripper using nabc method
Abstract:In this master's thesis, we designed a KLT crate gripper using the NABC (Need, Approach, Benefit, Competition) innovation method. We analyzed the factors that influence the success of business ideas and conducted market research, examining existing grippers and comparing their characteristics. Before modeling our conceptual solution, we reviewed the legislation governing the construction of lifting aids. The two key documents we referred to during the gripper’s development were Directive 2006/42/EC and SIST EN 13155:2021. By following the guidelines of these documents, we ensured the gripper's safety and simplified the process of obtaining CE marking in the event of its eventual sale on the European market. We also developed a prototype to test the gripper’s functionality in various use cases. Additionally, we produced technical documentation, which enabled us to obtain quotations for manufacturing the gripper components. Based on this, we estimated the costs and calculated the selling price, which was significantly lower than that of current competitors. The gripper is designed to meet the needs of both workers and employers. Its extremely low weight and ease of use minimize the likelihood of users abandoning it. Its competitive price and simple design allow for a wide range of applications, particularly in low- and semi-automated companies that incorporate KLT crates in their production processes.
