Abstract:V diplomskem delu je preučena izbira ustreznih 3D tiskarskih materialov za izdelavo komponent inštalacijskega odklopnika. S pomočjo treh različnih tehnologij 3D tiskanja (FDM, SLS in SLA) so bili izdelani vzorci, na katerih so izvedeni mehanski, termični, klimatski in kratkostični testi v skladu z industrijskimi standardi.

Title:Selecting the appropriate 3d printed material for the application of a circuit breaker
Abstract:The thesis examines the selection of suitable 3D printing materials for manufacturing components of a circuit breaker. Samples were produced using three different 3D printing technologies (FDM, SLS, and SLA) and tested for mechanical, thermal, climatic, and short-circuit properties in compliance with industry standards. The results showed that High Temp material, produced using SLA technology, is the most suitable for general use, as it successfully passed all tests. Additionally, materials appropriate for specific applications were identified, and guidelines for further research were provided. The conclusions serve as a foundation for optimizing prototype development in the company.
