Abstract:
Zaključno delo predstavlja primerjalno analizo funkcionalnosti in zmogljivosti štirih orodij za rudarjenje procesov. Raziskava temelji na večdimenzionalni oceni šestih ključnih sklopov funkcionalnosti. Rezultati kažejo, da odprtokodna orodja zagotavljajo visoko prilagodljivost in dostop do širokega nabora algoritmov, vendar zahtevajo obsežnejše tehnično znanje. Komercialna orodja nudijo intuitivne uporabniške vmesnike in napredne integracijske možnosti. Glavna ugotovitev raziskave je, da izbira najustreznejšega orodja temelji na specifičnih potrebah in tehničnih zmogljivostih organizacije.

Title:
Comparative analysis of the functionality and performance of process mining tools
Abstract:
The final work presents a comparative analysis of the functionality and performance of four process mining tools. The research is based on a multidimensional assessment of six key sets of functionalities. The results show that open-source tools provide high flexibility and access to a wide range of algorithms but require more extensive technical knowledge. Commercial tools offer intuitive user interfaces and advanced integration possibilities. The main finding of the study is that the choice of the most appropriate tool should be based on the specific needs and technical capabilities of the organisation.
