Abstract:	Pri delu z mladostniki s čustvenimi in vedenjskimi motnjami je opazen porast nameščanj le-teh mladostnikov v strokovne centre (Švab in Zalokar, 2011). Vzgojitelji teh mladostnikov so na delovnem mestu izpostavljeni različnim tveganjem (agresivno vedenje, grožnje s strani mladostnikov ipd.). V magistrskem delu raziskujemo, kako se pri delu z mladostniki s čustvenimi in vedenjskimi motnjami kaže nasilje, tako v odnosu do učiteljev v šoli, kakor vzgojiteljev v vzgojni/intenzivni/stanovanjski skupini. V prvem delu je najprej opredeljeno nasilje, nato na kratko opisane pojavne oblike različnih vrst nasilja – fizičnega, psihičnega, ekonomskega in spolnega. Sledi opis otrok in mladostnikov s čustvenimi in vedenjskimi motnjami ter izpostavitev, da pri delu z omenjenimi mladostniki prihaja do različnih kriznih situacij. Nato je predstavljen krajši pregled nasilja nad učitelji in vzgojitelji v Sloveniji in v tujini. Predstavljena sta oba strokovna centra, ki izobražujeta osnovnošolske otroke s čustvenimi in vedenjskimi motnjami v Sloveniji, strokovni center Veržej in strokovni center Smlednik. V raziskovalnem delu magistrskega dela je predstavljena lastna raziskava. Ugotovljeno je, da je večina anketirancev že doživela nasilje s strani mladostnikov s čustvenimi in vedenjskimi motnjami na delovnem mestu. Zaposleni s(m)o v povprečju doživeli največ psihičnega nasilja, sledilo je doživljanje spolnega nasilja in manipulacije ter fizičnega nasilja. Med učitelji in vzgojitelji prihaja do statistično pomembnih razlik, in sicer učitelji/ce v primerjavi z vzgojitelji/cami doživljajo več psihičnega, fizičnega ter spolnega nasilja in manipulacije. Ugotovljeno je, da med vzgojiteljicami in vzgojitelji ne prihaja do statistično pomembnih razlik pri doživljanju posameznih oblik nasilja.

Title:	Violence by young people against employees at the veržej and smlednik professional center
Abstract:	There is a noticeable increase in placements of children with emotional and behavioural difficulties in residential institutions (Švab and Zalokar, 2011). Educators of these youngsters are exposed to different risks (aggressive behaviour, threats from youngsters, etc). In the master’s degree we explore the ways violence and aggression is expressed in working with youngsters with emotional and behavioural difficulties, in relation to teachers at school and in relation to educators in residential homes (educational / intensive / residential groups). The violence and aggression is defined in the first part and the appearance forms of different kinds of violence (physical, psychological, economical and sexual) are shortly described in the next part. What follows are the descriptions of children and youngsters with emotional and behavioural difficulties and highlightings of the facts that at working with these children we come across different crisis situations. A shorter review of violence and aggression towards teachers and educators in Slovenia and abroad is next. Both Special education centres that educate children with emotional and behavioural difficulties in Slovenia are presented, the Special education centre Veržej and Special education centre Smlednik. Our own research is presented in the research part of this master’s degree. It was established that the majority of the respondents have already experienced violence or aggression from youngsters with emotional and behavioural difficulties at their workplace. The employees have on average experienced psychological violence the most, next was the sexual violence and manipulation and physical violence the least. There are significant statistical differences between teachers and educators in a way that teachers experience more psychological, physical and sexual violence and manipulation than educators. We have found that there are no significant statistical differences in experiencing violence between female and male educators.
