Podatki so bili zbrani z delno strukturiranimi intervjuji.

Title:Job turnover and job satisfaction of nursing employees
Abstract:Nursing staff turnover is a pressing problem at the global level, resulting from the overload and dissatisfaction of nursing staff, leading to financial losses for healthcare organisations and lower quality of patient care. The aim of the study was to determine which factors influence employee (dis)satisfaction and which factors influence the decision to change jobs among nursing staff. A qualitative research methodology was used. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews. The data were analysed using the conventional content analysis method. The analysis yielded the following categories: job change experience, job (dis)satisfaction and job change, and the impact of job change. Nursing staff are satisfied if they are respected, heard and understood, if they get along well with their colleagues, are not overburdened, have time for their private life and are adequately paid for their work. The following factors of dissatisfaction were found to be: poor attitude of superiors, overload, stress, burnout, inadequate pay, failure to recognize effort and working hours that affect private life. Changing jobs had a positive effect on employees, and their relatives and colleagues mostly supported them in their decision. Most of them needed less than half a year to make the decision. The results show that the most common reasons for dissatisfaction are overload, stress, burnout, poor attitudes of superiors and poor interpersonal relationships. It was suggested that the staff shortage and the working climate be regulated.
