Abstract:Doktorska disertacija raziskuje vpliv mnogoterih inteligentnosti vodij na kakovost odnosov med vodjo in zaposlenimi.

Title:Relation between multiple intelligences and Leader-member Exchange Theory
Abstract:The dissertation investigates the impact of multiple intelligences of leaders on the quality of relationships between leaders and employees. The main purpose of the research was to examine whether linguistic, interpersonal and intrapersonal intelligence are positively related and affect the quality of exchanges between leaders and employees, within the framework of leader-member exchange. The leader-member exchange theory emphasizes that quality interpersonal relationships are key to successful leadership, employee satisfaction and a positive organizational climate. The research is based on a quantitative data collection method, using adapted questionnaires to measure linguistic, interpersonal and intrapersonal intelligence and the quality of relationships between leaders and employees. The effects of these intelligences on the quality of interactions in the work environment were analyzed using correlation and regression analysis. The results of the research confirm that higher levels of linguistic, interpersonal and intrapersonal intelligence of leaders have a positive impact on the quality of exchanges with employees. This is reflected in greater employee satisfaction, improved efficiency and better interpersonal relationships. Quality relationships between leaders and employees are based on trust, respect and effective communication, which are essential for successful leadership and the long-term success of an organization. In addition, the research provides valuable insight into the importance of developing these intelligences in leaders to promote better collaboration, greater motivation and productivity of employees. The conclusions of the research emphasize that the systematic development of leadership competencies that include multiple intelligences is crucial for managing the challenges of the modern work environment and for achieving sustainable development of organizations. Recommendations include further research into the impact of other types of intelligence, such as logical-mathematical, visual-spatial or bodily-kinesthetic intelligence, on the quality of relationships within the framework of leader-member exchange. It is also suggested that the research findings be used to design programs for the development of leadership practices, with an emphasis on individualized approaches to the development of leader intelligence. These programs can help organizations improve leadership skills, increase efficiency and create a positive organizational climate that promotes innovation and long-term success.
