Abstract:
Vpenjale priprave so sestavni del industrijske proizvodnje. V diplomski nalogi je bila zasnovana modularna vpenjalna naprava za obdelavo osnovne plošče s polkrogom. Izdelane so bile stroškovne kalkulacije in eksplozijski model naprave. Določili smo tudi obdelovalne postopke, jim določili orodja in rezalne parametre ter nato izbrali še obdelovalni stroj.

Title:
Design of a modular clamping device for processing a semicircular baseboard
Abstract:
Clamping devices are an integral part of industrial production. In the diploma thesis, a modular clamping device was designed for the processing of a base plate with a semicircle. Cost calculations and an exploded model of the device were made. We also determined the machining procedures, defined the tools and cutting parameters for them, and then selected the machining machine.
