Abstract:
V zaključnem delu je predstavljena metodologija za sistematično izbiro programske platforme za vodenje projektov in upravljanje sredstev. Uporabljena je bila kombinacija metode uteženega točkovanja (WSM), skupnega stroška lastništva (TCO) in donosnosti naložbe (ROI). Metodologija je bila praktično preizkušena na primeru platforme Monday.com. Izvedeni sta bili evalvacija po določenih kriterijih in analiza rezultatov. Prikazana je tudi uporaba platforme v realnem primeru. Rezultati potrjujejo uporabnost predlaganega pristopa pri podobnih odločitvah.

Title:
Designing methodology for evaluation and selection of software platforms for project management and asset management
Abstract:
The thesis presents a methodology for the systematic selection of a software platform for project management and asset management. A combination of the Weighted Scoring Model (WSM), Total Cost of Ownership (TCO), and Return on Investment (ROI) was used. The methodology was practically tested on the example of the Monday.com platform. An evaluation was performed based on selected criteria, and the results were analyzed. A practical use case was also presented. The results confirm the applicability of the proposed approach for similar decision-making processes.
