Abstract:
Zaključno delo obravnava programiranje obdelave na 5-osnem CNC-rezkalnem stroju z uporabo Siemens NX. Predpostavljeni so postopki priprave 3D modela, definiranje poti orodja ter simulacije obdelave. Cilj naloge je doseči visoko natančnost in kakovost površine z uporabo simultanega 5-osnega gibanja. Prikazane so prednosti sodobnega CAM-programiranja pri obdelavi zahtevnih geometrijskih oblik s sodobnimi stroji.

Title:
Programming and production of the triglav mountain with a 5-axis cnc machine
Abstract:
The thesis focuses on programming machining operations on a 5-axis CNC-milling machine using Siemens NX. It presents procedures for 3D model preparation, toolpath definition, and machining simulation. The aim of the thesis is to achieve high precision and surface quality through simultaneous 5-axis motion. The advantages of modern CAM-programming in machining complex geometrical shapes with advanced machines are highlighted.
