| Opis: | Digitalization of the banking sector is a direct consequence of the broader digitalization of the economy and represents a key change in the way individuals access banking services. Modern technologies, including the internet, smartphones, and advanced information and communication systems, enable users to conduct their banking transactions remotely without the need to visit a bank branch. The traditional way of providing banking services has thus transformed from a physical presence to a digital environment. Digital banking is becoming an increasingly important part of everyday life, as it provides users with convenience, fast service processing, and constant availability regardless of time or location. In recent years, digital banking has gone beyond the basic function of electronic transaction execution and is developing into a comprehensive system of advanced services, with artificial intelligence playing an increasingly significant role. In this era of disruptive technologies, the emergence of artificial intelligence has fundamentally improved the functioning of the banking sector. The introduction of artificial intelligence into banking processes is no longer a choice, but a necessary tool for meeting ever-increasing customer expectations. Although digital banking supported by artificial intelligence enables faster, more efficient, and more reliable service delivery, its acceptance by the general public is still in its initial stages. Therefore, studying the acceptance of digital banking and the integration of artificial intelligence into banking services is extremely important. In this context, this master's thesis focuses on studying the factors that influence the acceptance of modern technologies in banking and analyzing the views, concerns, and expectations of individuals. The results of the study show that people are generally in favor of using digital banking, as they recognize its many advantages, the most notable of which is the ability to access banking services anywhere and anytime. The analysis of the results also reveals no significant differences between individual age groups in terms of the use of digital banking solutions. It was found that most respondents perceive artificial intelligence in banking services as a useful tool, especially in the context of greater security and enabling better oversight of their expenses. Nevertheless, individuals still have concerns, particularly regarding excessive reliance on artificial intelligence and errors in its algorithms, which may slow down the adoption of advanced technologies. |
