Pogosto so povezani z visokimi stroški, dolgim časom uvedbe in tveganji, povezanimi z odporom do sprememb.

Title:Analysis of leadership styles in the context of comprehensive information systems
Abstract:This thesis explores how different leadership styles affect the success of ERP solution implementation in organizations. ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) solutions represent comprehensive, integrated information systems that enable coordinated management of key business functions, such as accounting, purchasing, production, human resources, warehousing and logistics. They are tools that enable companies to process data in a unified manner, increase transparency over business processes and make decisions based on reliable information in real time. By implementing an ERP system, organizations can standardize their workflows, reduce operating costs and increase productivity. Despite its many advantages, the implementation of ERP systems represents a major organizational challenge. These are projects that require careful planning, adaptation of existing processes and intensive employee participation. They are often associated with high costs, long implementation times and risks associated with resistance to change. The key factor for success in such projects is effective leadership. Successful implementation of an ERP solution is not only based on the selection of the appropriate software, but also on the ability of leaders to guide teams through complex phases of change and promote collaboration within different departments. The research focuses on analyzing the impact of leadership on the effectiveness of implementing these complex information solutions, with a special emphasis on communication and collaboration within IT teams. Based on two case studies of companies with different sizes and organizational structures, it is examined how they adapt to leadership styles in the context of specific tasks and needs of employees when using ERP solutions. The paper discusses different leadership styles, such as autocratic, democratic and liberal, and their use in different business situations. It focuses on how these styles affect motivation, teamwork and effectiveness in the implementation of ERP systems. The main result of the research is that the success of leadership in the implementation of ERP solutions largely depends on the choice of the appropriate leadership style, which is reflected in the success of communication and acceptance of changes within the organization. The results of the analysis show that larger teams often require more structured and authoritative approaches, while smaller groups allow for greater flexibility in leadership style. An important factor in success is also the flexibility of the leader, who must be able to choose the best approach depending on the size of the team, the nature of the tasks and the specific situation in the organization.
