Abstract:Rast spletne prodaje je povzročila povečanje reklamacij, kar podjetjem otežuje zagotavljanje skladnosti z zakonom in zadovoljstvo strank. Diplomsko delo obravnava neučinkovitost sedanjega procesa obravnave reklamacij v srednjem podjetju in razvija model za izbiro ustrezne informacijske rešitve. Analiza sedanjega stanja in definicija ključnih kriterijev (funkcionalnost, uporabniška izkušnja, integracija, stroški) sta podlaga za oceno treh rešitev: ReturnGO, ReverseLogix in AfterShip.

Title:It solution for handling claim requests
Abstract:The rise of online sales has led to an increase in customer claims, challenging companies to ensure compliance and customer satisfaction. This thesis addresses inefficient claim handling in a mid-sized e-commerce company by developing a model for selecting the most suitable information solution. Based on an analysis of the current situation and the definition of key criteria (functionality, user experience, integration, costs), three return management solutions-ReturnGO, ReverseLogix, and AfterShip-were evaluated using the DEXi multi-criteria decision-making tool. The results show AfterShip as the most appropriate choice, offering strong functionality, a user-friendly interface, and integration capabilities. The developed model supports structured and transparent IT decision-making and can be applied in other companies facing reverse logistics challenges.
