Abstract:Diplomska naloga obravnava optimizacijo interne logistike v okviru skladiščnega procesa priprave in izdaje drobnega materiala za potrebe montaže.

Title:Optimization of internal logistics in the assembly department
Abstract:The diploma thesis deals with the optimization of internal logistics within the warehouse process of preparing and issuing small materials for assembly purposes. The analysis of the existing situation identified key limitations, such as the high workload of the warehouse worker, manual transfer of information, lack of traceability and delays in delivering materials to assembly sites. Based on the analysis of capacities and the scope of tasks, it was found that the current organization is not appropriate for the existing working conditions. The research proposed specific measures for improvement: digitalization of work orders of materials, introduction of a system for prioritizing tasks using tools such as Trello, introduction of internal logistics support staff and, in the long term, automation of delivery with autonomous mobile robots (AMR). The proposals were evaluated from the perspective of feasibility, cost-effectiveness and impact on the efficiency and reliability of the process. The conclusion of the thesis confirms that it is possible to significantly improve the fluidity and responsiveness of the logistics system in assembly with relatively small organizational and technological adjustments, while reducing the risk of errors and relieving the burden on key employees.
