Abstract:
Cilj zaključnega dela je bil preučiti zdravje na delovnem mestu in preučiti stopnjo seznanjenosti zaposlenih na delovnem mestu s problematiko absentizma na delovnem mestu. Preučili smo glavne razloge za izostajanje zaposlenih na upravni enoti z delovnega mesta.

The aim of the final work was to examine occupational health and the level of awareness of employees at work about the issue of absenteeism. We examined the main reasons for employee absence from work at the administrative unit.
