Problematika vključuje pomanjkljivo prilagodljivost in varnost obstoječih robotov. Cilj je teoretična analiza konceptov, simulacija logističnega procesa in prikaz ekonomske analize. Predvidevamo rezultate, ki bodo pokazali večjo fleksibilnost in učinkovitost, boljše finančne rezultate ter zvišanje stopnje varnosti. Uporabljene bodo simulacije, statistične metode in specializirana programska oprema za razvijanje optimalnih rešitev. Rezultati preizkusa so pokazali uspešno izvedbo procesa, kjer je kobot natančno sledil ukazom in ob idealnih pogojih pravilno in brezhibno opravil zastavljene naloge.

Title:Optimization of supply chains with the involvement of collaborative robots
Abstract:Collaborative robots (cobots) are increasingly gaining ground in modern times, seeking safe and efficient cooperation with humans in industry. The project focuses on the implementation of kobots in supply chain processes, with the aim of optimizing work processes. The issue includes the lack of adaptability and safety of existing robots. The goal is a theoretical analysis of concepts, simulation of the logistics process and presentation of an economic analysis. We anticipate results that will show greater flexibility and efficiency, better financial results and an increase in the level of safety. Simulations, statistical methods and specialized software will be used to develop optimal solutions. The results of the test of such a successful implementation of the process, where the robot accurately followed the commands and, under ideal conditions, correctly and flawlessly demonstrated the set tasks. The analysis also confirmed a quick return on investment, savings of almost €70,000 in five years and annual savings of approximately €6,500. In addition, energy savings and injury reduction of €22,500 were also detected, further confirming the economic and functional justification for the use of kobots.
