Rezultati so bili analizirani vizualno in primerjani z ročnim varjenjem.

Title:Welding a product with the otc fd-v20s welding robot
Abstract:This thesis presents the use of a robotic welding cell for product welding at the company Monter-Dravograd d. o. o., utilizing the OTC FD-V20S welding robot. The aim was to examine the operation of the robotic cell, develop an appropriate welding program, and optimize parameters for producing high-quality multi-pass welds. The theoretical part of the thesis covers the fundamentals of welding, types of welding processes with an emphasis on the MIG/MAG method, and importance of automation and robotization in the industry. The practical part provides a detailed description of the welding cell's components and operation, the robot programming process, the selection of welding parameters and the execution of selected welds. The results were visually analyzed and compared to manual welding. It was established that robotic welding ensures greater repeatability, improved quality, and a more aesthetically pleasing weld appearance. The main advantages include reduced errors, increased productivity and shorter production time for repeatable parts. However, challenges remain, such as time-consuming programming and the need for precise product positioning. This thesis serves as a practical foundation for the implementation or upgrading of automated welding processes in an industrial environment.
