Abstract:V 21. stoletju, ki ga zaznamuje hitra tehnološka evolucija in naraščajoča globalizacija, so sodobna podjetja postavljena pred izziv optimalnega obvladovanja procesov, če želijo ostati konkurenčna na trgu.

Title:Renovation of the material injection molding process
Abstract:In the 21st century, characterized by rapid technological advancement and increasing globalization, modern companies are faced with the challenge of effectively managing processes to remain competitive in the market. The key objectives of these companies include improving efficiency, reducing costs, and ensuring the highest quality of products or services. In this context, quality has become a critical element that companies cannot overlook and must be ensured throughout all phases of the business process. The central issue addressed in this study focuses on the inefficiency and high material consumption associated with changing product batches in the plastic injection molding process. The current practice of cleaning machines with preinjection leads to extensive time and material investment, as it utilizes material intended for the next batch of products. This results in unnecessary time and material waste, leading to reduced productivity and increased costs for the company. Therefore, it is crucial to find innovative solutions to improve the cleaning process and reduce material consumption, ultimately contributing to greater competitiveness and efficiency for the company.
