Abstract:	Prenova skladiščenja v mesno predelovalni industriji vključuje analizo skladiščnih procesov za večjo učinkovitost, sledljivost in varnost shranjevanja izdelkov. Uporaba informacijske in skladiščne tehnologije doprinese številne izboljšave pri natančnem sledenju blaga, kar je prikazano v diplomskem delu. Ključne izboljšave, prikazane v diplomskem delu, zajemajo uvedbo označevanja skladiščnih lokacij za natančnejše sledenje blaga ter reorganizacijo skladiščnih con za pomoč pri komisioniranju naročil. Zmanjšanje napak pri skladiščenju in izdaji blaga je pripomoglo k nižjim stroškom reklamacij in vračil. Optimizacija delovnih procesov pa je vodila tudi do znižanja stroškov dela ter boljšega izkoristka skladiščnih kapacitet. Rezultati prenove skladiščenja v mesno predelovalni industriji kažejo pozitivne učinke, saj smo bili pri novem načinu komisioniranja blaga učinkovitejši in smo s tem povečali produktivnost našega dela. Na ta način skladišče postavlja temelje za dolgoročno rast in tehnološki razvoj analiziranega podjetja.

Title:	Rearrangement of the warehouse operations of the meat processing industry
Abstract:	The rearrangement of storage in the meat processing industry involves an analysis of storage processes for greater efficiency, traceability, and product storage safety. The use of information and storage technology contributes to numerous improvements in the precise tracking of goods, as demonstrated in the thesis. The key improvements presented in the thesis include the introduction of labeling storage locations for more precise tracking of goods and the reorganization of storage areas to aid in order fulfillment. Reducing errors in the storage and issuing of goods has contributed to lower costs of claims and returns. Optimization of work processes also led to a reduction in labor costs and better utilization of storage capacity. The results of the warehousing rearrangement in the meat processing industry show positive effects, as we were more efficient in the new method of commissioning goods and this increased the efficiency of our work. In this way, the warehouse lays the foundation for long-term growth and technological development of the analyzed company.
