Abstract:	V diplomskem delu je obravnavana uporaba ERP sistema GoSoft v javnem zavodu NLZOH, s poudarkom na njegovi funkcionalni izrabi znotraj računovodskih procesov. Na podlagi izvedene ankete med zaposlenimi, ki pri svojem delu uporabljajo sistem, smo pridobili poglobljen vpogled v obseg uporabe posameznih modulov, zaznane prednosti in težave ter vpliv sistema na učinkovitost dela. Rezultati kažejo, da zaposleni GoSoft večinoma uporabljajo vsakodnevno, vendar izkoriščajo predvsem osnovne funkcionalnosti, kot so moduli za finančno računovodstvo, nabavo/prodajo in osnovna sredstva. Naprednejši moduli (CRM, BI, DMS, PM, TQM, EDI) ostajajo v veliki meri neizkoriščeni, predvsem zaradi pomanjkanja usposabljanja ali nepoznavanja njihovih možnosti. Uporabniki sicer sistem dojemajo kot logičen in uporabniku prijazen, vendar so ob uvedbi pogosto pogrešali individualno podporo. Večina meni, da sistem pomembno prispeva k večji učinkovitosti, saj omogoča avtomatizacijo nalog, zmanjšuje napake in prihrani čas. Več kot polovica anketiranih poroča o prihranku več kot dveh ur dela dnevno. Stroškovna analiza kaže, da je bila uvedba sistema finančno učinkovita, dolgoročni prihranki pa bistveno presegajo stroške vzdrževanja. Z raziskavo smo potrdili večino zastavljenih hipotez ter pri tem prepoznali številne priložnosti za izboljšave, zlasti na področju usposabljanja, učinkovitejše rabe funkcionalnosti sistema ter strateškega vključevanja naprednih modulov. V organizaciji obstaja velik potencial, da GoSoft postane ključni steber digitalne preobrazbe in dodatno prispeva k optimizaciji računovodskih ter širših poslovnih procesov.

Title:	ERP system utilization in the company: impact on optimization of accounting processes
Abstract:	The thesis discusses the use of the GoSoft ERP system in the public institution NLZOH, with an emphasis on its functional use within accounting processes. Based on a survey conducted among employees who use the system in their work, we gained an in-depth insight into the scope of use of individual modules, perceived advantages and problems, and the impact of the system on work efficiency. The results show that employees mostly use GoSoft on a daily basis, but mainly use basic functionalities, such as modules for financial accounting, purchasing/sales, and fixed assets. More advanced modules (CRM, BI, DMS, PM, TQM, EDI) remain largely unused, mainly due to a lack of training or ignorance of their capabilities. Although users perceive the system as logical and user-friendly, they often missed individual support during its implementation. Most believe that the system significantly contributes to greater efficiency, as it enables task automation, reduces errors, and saves time. More than half of those surveyed report saving more than two hours of work per day. The cost analysis shows that the system implementation was financially efficient, and the long-term savings significantly exceed maintenance costs. The research confirmed most of the hypotheses set and identified numerous opportunities for improvement, especially in the areas of training, more efficient use of system functionality, and strategic integration of advanced modules. There is great potential for GoSoft to become a key pillar of digital transformation in the organization and further contribute to the optimization of accounting and broader business processes.
