| Abstract: | V zaključnem delu smo obravnavali problem neporavnanih kovinskih profilov pred razrezom, kar pogosto vodi do netočnosti, večjega odpada in zmanjšane učinkovitosti proizvodnje. Z uporabo analize zahtev, izbire ustreznega mehanizma ter konstruiranja po CE standardih smo razvili stiskalnico za poravnavo profilov. Naprava omogoča hitro, natančno in varno poravnavo različnih profilov brez njihove deformacije. Ugotovili smo, da strojna poravnava bistveno zmanjša možnost napak in izboljša produktivnost v proizvodnem procesu. |
