Abstract:V magistrskem delu je obravnavana uporaba didaktičnih robotov v izobraževalnem, terapevtskem in industrijskem okolju. Didaktični roboti omogočajo prilagajanje različnim starostnim skupinam in potrebam, saj združujejo elemente interaktivnosti, ponovljivosti in prilagodljivosti. V prihodnosti bo njihova vloga še rasla, zlasti ob povezovanju z umetno inteligenco, navidezno resničnostjo in pametnimi senzorji, kar bo omogočilo še bolj personalizirane in učinkovite pristope.

Title:The use of didactic robots with artificial intelligence in education and rehabilitation
Abstract:The master’s thesis examines the use of educational robots in educational, therapeutic, and industrial environments. The main emphasis is on how robots, through the integration of artificial intelligence, can become an effective tool for learning, rehabilitation, and employee training. Educational robots can be adapted to different age groups and needs, as they combine elements of interactivity, repeatability, and flexibility. A special part of the research is dedicated to the psychological aspects of using robots with children, where they act as safe and predictable partners in learning social and communication skills. Their use with children with special needs is also highlighted, as robots have been successfully integrated into cognitive, social, and physical rehabilitation. Examples of good practices are presented, along with an analysis of the advantages and challenges that accompany this technology. The thesis also addresses the industrial perspective of using educational robots. The focus is on employee training, support for research and development, and concrete examples of applications in various sectors, such as the automotive industry, pharmacy, and medical technology. In this context, robots prove to be a bridge between theory and practice, enabling safe and cost-effective testing as well as faster knowledge transfer. The results of the research show that educational robots cannot replace humans, but they can significantly complement educational and therapeutic processes. In the future, their role is expected to grow, especially through integration with artificial intelligence, virtual reality, and smart sensors, which will allow for even more personalized and efficient approaches.
