Z analizo štirih izbranih slovenskih podjetnikov: Iva Boscarola, Sama Logina, Joca Pečečnika in Urške Sršen, so bile raziskane razlike v njihovih vrednotah, medijski pojavnosti in načinu komuniciranja.

Title:The importance of entrepreneurial role models for the development of entrepreneurship: an analysis of selected cases
Abstract:What separates those who merely admire an entrepreneurial idea from those who turn it into reality? One possible answer lies in the influence of entrepreneurial role models, individuals who inspire others through their personal stories, values, and public engagement. This thesis explores how entrepreneurial role models shape entrepreneurial intentions and behavior, focusing on the specific context of Slovenia. The theoretical framework is grounded in social learning theory, which emphasizes the role of observation and identification as key mechanisms for transferring behavioral patterns. Through an analysis of four selected Slovenian entrepreneurs: Ivo Boscarol, Samo Login, Joc Pečečnik, and Urška Sršen, the study examines differences in their values, media presence, and communication styles. The findings confirm that the influence of entrepreneurial role models is multifaceted: they help create a positive entrepreneurial climate, reduce fear of failure, and present entrepreneurship as an accessible path for young people. This work highlights the significance of entrepreneurial figures as a factor that goes beyond traditional economic incentives and extends into the realm of values, identity, and culture. The role of role models proves to be essential not only for individuals, but also for the development of the entrepreneurial ecosystem in Slovenia.
