Abstract:Diplomsko delo raziskuje organizacijo nogometnih priprav v manjših amaterskih klubih, kjer so finančni, kadrovski in infrastrukturni viri pogosto omejeni. Anketirani so bili štirje ključni členi znotraj kluba: igralci, trenerji, starši in člani strokovnega štaba, kar je omogočilo celovit vpogled v organizacijo in kakovost priprav.

Title:Organization of football preparations
Abstract:This thesis explores the organization of football training camps in small amateur clubs, where financial, personnel, and infrastructural resources are often limited. The main aim of the research was to examine how such clubs can still carry out effective preparations that contribute to the development of both individual players and the team as a whole. The case study was conducted at NK Črnuče, a club that reflects the typical structure and challenges of Slovenian amateur football. The study combines theoretical frameworks from sports management, project-based planning, and team dynamics with empirical data collected through surveys and field analysis. Surveys were conducted among four key groups within the club: players, coaches, parents, and members of the coaching staff. This provided a comprehensive perspective on the quality and organization of the training process. In addition, basic physical performance measurements—such as endurance and speed tests—were included to evaluate the athletic effectiveness of the training camp. Key performance indicators (KPIs) were used to assess not only physical readiness but also organizational efficiency and stakeholder satisfaction. The findings highlighted several recurring challenges, including informal role distribution, logistical limitations, and a lack of systematic evaluation or digital support. Based on the analysis, a practical and transferable model was developed, offering clear guidelines for improving the organization of training camps in resource-constrained environments. The thesis demonstrates that organizing training is not just a technical or logistical task but a key opportunity to create an environment where young athletes feel safe, motivated, and connected to the sport. Above all, it shows that meaningful results can be achieved even without ideal conditions—if there is dedication, cooperation, and a shared vision.
