Abstract:

Title:
Integrating regulatory guidelines into software testing
Abstract:
Integrating regulatory guidelines into software testing is essential for ensuring compliance in highly regulated sectors. This work explores various regulatory frameworks and proposes a structured approach to incorporating compliance measures directly into the software development lifecycle, with a focus on the testing phase. A comprehensive test plan was developed for an open-source slot game, guided by GLI-19 requirements. The process highlighted key challenges, including limited access to regulatory standards, a general lack of testing resources, and difficulties applying compliance principles to freely available development projects.
