| Abstract: | V okviru dela smo razvili krmilni program v okolju Siemens TIA Portal za PLK Siemens S7-1200, ki nadzoruje in upravlja proces sortiranja in paletizacije škatel v sodelovanju z robotom FANUC CRX10-iA. Sistem vključuje transportni trak z dvema senzorjema za kalibracijo hitrosti in merjenje dolžine škatel. PLK na podlagi teh podatkov izvede klasifikacijo škatel (tip A ali B) ter sproži ustavitev traku in manipulacijo z robotom. Osredotočili smo se na razvoj logike, meritev, klasifikacije in komunikacije med PLK-jem in robotom prek PROFINET protokola. |
