Title:Analiza urejenosti področja socialnih stanovanj v izbranih državah in Sloveniji

Abstract:Evropska unija opredeljuje dostop do stanovanja kot temeljno človekovo pravico. Kljub temu pa je dejanski dostop do primernih stanovanj po vsej Evropi pogosto omejen. Inflacijski pritiski v preteklih letih so to problematiko še poglobili, saj so se cene nepremičnin in najemnin občutno zvišale. V tem magistrskem delu smo pregledali zgodovinski razvoj socialnih stanovanj v Evropi ter analizirali različne operativne modele, finančne modele in nacionalne strategije na področju socialnih stanovanj v Nizozemski, Irski, Nemčiji, Avstriji in Sloveniji. Primerjali smo tudi izbrane kazalnike ter dodatno opredelili razlike, prednosti in slabosti med ureditvami posameznih področij socialnih stanovanj v izbranih državah in Sloveniji. Ugotovili smo, da se urejenost področja socialnih stanovanj med izbranimi državami in Slovenijo bistveno razlikuje. Razlike je mogoče opaziti v vseh obravnavanih vidikih, kot so operativni in finančni modeli, zgodovinski razvoj, nacionalne strategije ter kazalniki.

Title:Analysis of the field of social housing in selected countries and Slovenia
Abstract:The European Union defines access to housing as a fundamental human right. Nevertheless, actual access to adequate housing across Europe is often limited. Inflationary pressures in recent years have further exacerbated this issue, as property prices and rental costs have risen significantly. In this Master's thesis, we examined the historical development of social housing in Europe and analysed various operational models, financial models, and national strategies related to social housing in the Netherlands, Ireland, Germany, Austria, and Slovenia. We also compared selected indicators and further identified differences, advantages, and disadvantages between the social housing systems of the selected countries and Slovenia. Our findings indicate that the organisation of the social housing sector differs significantly between the selected countries and Slovenia. These differences are evident across all examined aspects, including operational and financial models, historical development, national strategies, and key indicators.
