Abstract:
V magistrskem delu je obravnavana problematika učinkovite postavitve delovnih mest v proizvodnem sistemu. Opisani so različni tipi postavitev ter metode načrtovanja. Ciljna metoda magistrskega dela je metoda CRAFT, ki je podrobno predstavljena in na praktičnem primeru izvedena optimizacija postavitve. Pregledane in opisane so tudi ostale metode optimizacije proizvodnje. Na koncu so podane ugotovitve o prednostih in omejitvah metode CRAFT ter o njeni uporabi v praksi.

Title:
Optimization of workplace layout with the Craft method
Abstract:
In the master's thesis, the issue of efficient workplace layout in a production system is discussed. Various types of layouts and planning methods are described. The target method of the master's thesis is the CRAFT method, which is presented in detail and the layout optimization is performed on a practical example. Other methods of production optimization are also reviewed and described. Finally, conclusions about the advantages and limitations of the CRAFT method and its use in practice are provided.
