Abstract:
Zaključno delo se osredotoča na problematiko obvladovanja fluktuacije zaposlenih na področju skladiščnega dela v trgovskem podjetju X. Skladiščno delo ima ključno vlogo v logističnih procesih podjetja, saj zagotavlja učinkovito upravljanje blaga. Pogosto pa se na tem področju soočamo z izzivi, povezanimi z odhodom zaposlenih iz podjetja, kar lahko povzroči motnje v delovnih procesih, povečanju stroškov podjetja in zmanjšanju produktivnosti.

Abstract:
The thesis focuses on the issue of managing employee turnover in the field of warehouse work at a commercial company X. Warehouse work plays a key role in the company's logistics processes, as it ensures efficient management of goods. However, we often face challenges in this area related to employees leaving the company, which can cause disruptions in work processes, increase company costs, and reduce productivity.
