Abstract:V magistrskem delu je bila obravnavana tematika snovanja in optimizacije elementov prenašala, namenjenega manipulaciji aluminijastih segmentov.

Title:Design and optimization of a conveyor for aluminum segments
Abstract:This master’s thesis addressed the design and optimization of a lifting device intended for the manipulation of aluminum segments. The main objective of the research was to design a load-bearing structure that ensures safe handling while minimizing material consumption. After examining existing solutions on the market, structural analyses were carried out to identify the most suitable design. Safe manipulation is enabled by the lifting plate and hook, whose geometries were defined using topology optimization. The final optimized plates and hooks were then adapted to be compatible with conventional manufacturing processes. After integrating all the key components, a final structural analysis was performed, confirming the adequacy of the proposed design. The theoretical foundations were ultimately supported by practical work, where the selected load-bearing structure was successfully manufactured.
