Abstract:
Disciplinarne razlike v deležih odprtega dostopa so bile potrjene.

Title:
Open access publications: case study of arctic studies : magistrsko delo
Abstract:
The master's thesis examined the prevalence of open access in the field of Arctic studies during the period from 2017 to 2023. The research was conducted based on an analysis of publications from the bibliographic database Scopus. Methods were employed to identify publications using search terms, as well as to analyse open access models across disciplines and journal types. A trend of growth in open access was observed until 2021, followed by a decline and stagnation after 2021. A higher share of open access was recorded in specialized Arctic journals compared to general journals. Disciplinary differences in open access shares were confirmed.
