Title:The effect of regular physical exercise on obesity prevention in adults
Abstract:A person needs physical activity to function optimally and stay healthy. Despite this, many people hardly move, which leads to the consequences of psychological and physical problems. The fact is that a physically active person tolerates and responds to various mental stresses more efficiently. At the same time, when performing physical activity, people get the feeling that they have done something useful for themselves with their efforts and effort. We used a quantitative research methodology and a descriptive working method. Data were collected through a survey questionnaire published on the 1ka website. In data analysis, we performed descriptive statistics. The results were presented in the form of graphs. We found that 62% of respondents exercise less than a few times a week. 85% eat 3 or more meals a day. 51% have no problems sleeping, and 66% wake up feeling sleepy. The average life satisfaction score on a scale from 0 to 5 is 3.3. The general knowledge of the basic principles of a healthy lifestyle among the survey participants is good. However, among the worrying findings is the finding that approximately half of the respondents face problems with insomnia, and physical activity is often not part of their everyday lives, which affects their body weight.
