Abstract:Magistrsko delo obravnava razvoj in izdelavo mehanskega planetarija. V nadaljevanju so bile predstavljene uporabljene komponente in izdelava le-teh.
Keywords:Mehanski planetarij, Keplerjevi zakoni, zobniška gonila, prestavna razmerja, parametrično modeliranje.

Title:Parametric modelling of the mechanical planetarium
Abstract:The master's thesis deals with the development and the production of a mechanical planetairum. The thesis describes the history of studying the solar system and its composition. It presents the steps of how the planetarium was developed and manufactured. It describes the gear drives and their ratios with which the planets' models movement was achieved in accordance with Kepler's Third Law. This is followed by presenting the components used and how they were produced. Parametric modeling using engineering tables in SolidWorks is described next. The master's thesis finishes with results and a discusion, and with a conclusion in which the analysis of a final product is conducted.
Keywords:Mechanical planetarium, Kepler's laws, gear drives, gear ratios, parametric modelling.
