Raziskave smo iskali in pridobili v mednarodnih podatkovnih bazah PubMed, CHINAL (Ultimate) in MEDLINE (EbscoWeb) ter postopek prikazali s pomočjo diagrama PRISMA. Ustrezne raziskave smo analizirali in jih razvrstili v evalvacijsko tabelo. Sintezo raziskav smo prikazali s pomočjo sintezne tabele.

Title:Effectiveness of mindfulness interventions on reducing stress in nurses
Abstract:Introduction: The nursing profession is highly exposed to long-term stress due to demanding workloads and frequent work overload, which can seriously threaten the mental and physical health of employees, reduce their efficiency, and lead to dissatisfaction. This thesis aims to examine the literature on the effectiveness of mindfulness interventions in reducing stress among nurses, to identify the most effective approaches to support their mental well-being. Methods: A systematic literature review was conducted. Studies were searched and retrieved from international databases such as PubMed, CINAHL (Ultimate), and MEDLINE (EBSCOhost), with the search process presented using a PRISMA diagram. Relevant studies were analyzed and categorized in an evaluation table. The synthesis of the studies is presented in a synthesis table. Results: Using inclusion and exclusion criteria, along with set limitations, 632 articles were initially identified. After removing irrelevant, inaccessible, and inappropriate articles, nine studies were included in the final analysis. The findings indicate that mindfulness has a positive impact on reducing stress among nurses, as it effectively lowers stress levels. Discussion and conclusion: Mindfulness interventions play an important role in reducing stress and burnout, contributing to better mental health and greater job satisfaction among nurses. Despite the positive outcomes, there is a need for further research in the Slovenian clinical environment, especially regarding the most appropriate types of interventions for practical implementation.
