Abstract:Uvod: Zdravstveni sistemi se soočajo z vedno večjimi izzivi, zato je učinkovito timsko delo ključnega pomena. Medpoklicno sodelovanje, dobra komunikacija ter razumevanje vlog vseh članov tima omogočajo varno, kakovostno in celostno obravnavo pacientov. Študenti zdravstvene nege morajo razvijati kompetence za uspešno vključitev v tovrstne time. Namen zaključnega dela je bil raziskati pozitivne dejavnike timskega dela po mnenju študentov. Metode: Izvedli smo pregled znanstvene literature v podatkovnih bazah PubMed, CINAHL Ultimate (EBSCOhost), SAGE in ScienceDirect. Postopek iskanja in izbora je prikazan z diagramom PRISMA. Vključene raziskave smo analizirali, prikazali v evalvacijski tabeli ter ugotovitve sintetizirali z vsebinsko analizo. Raven dokazov smo ocenili po hierarhiji dokazov. Rezultati: Analiziranih je bilo 9 raziskav. Raziskave kažejo, da simulacije, praktične izkušnje in inovativna učna orodja, kot so podkasti, uspešno prispevajo k razvoju timskega dela, komunikaciji ter vodenju in reševanju konfliktov. Kompetence se razvijejo postopno ob podpori mentorjev in organizacije, kar krepi strokovnost, samozavest študentov ter kakovost oskrbe pacientov. Razprava in zaključek: Za študente zdravstvene nege so ključni dejavniki uspešnega timskega dela zaupanje, odprta komunikacija, jasne vloge, znanje in pohvala. Simulacije, praktične izkušnje in inovativna orodja razvijajo kompetence, vendar zahtevajo podporno okolje, ustrezno mentorstvo in dobro organizacijo za dolgoročno učinkovitost.

Title:Factors of successful teamwork from the perspective of nursing students
Abstract:Introduction: Healthcare systems are facing increasing challenges, making effective teamwork crucial. Interprofessional collaboration, effective communication, and understanding the roles of all team members enable safe, high-quality, and comprehensive patient care. Nursing students must develop competencies for successful integration into such teams. The aim of this thesis was to explore positive factors of teamwork from the perspective of nursing students. Methods: A review of scientific literature was conducted in PubMed, CINAHL Ultimate (EBSCOhost), SAGE, and ScienceDirect databases. The review was presented using a PRISMA flow diagram. The included studies were analysed and presented in an evaluation table, and findings were synthesised using content analysis. The level of evidence was assessed according to the hierarchy of evidence. Results: Nine studies were analysed. The findings indicate that simulations, practical experiences and innovative learning tools, such as podcasts, effectively contribute to the development of teamwork, communication, leadership and conflict resolution skills. Competencies develop gradually with the support of mentors and organisation, enhancing students' professionalism, confidence and the quality of patient care. Discussion and conclusion: For nursing students, the key factors for successful teamwork are trust, open communication, clear roles, knowledge and recognition. Simulations, practical experiences, and innovative tools help develop competencies, but they require a supportive environment, proper mentorship, and good organisation to ensure long-term effectiveness.
