Title:	Etično in trajnostno poslovanje dobaviteljev v oskrbovalni verigi

Abstract:	To diplomsko delo raziskuje etične in trajnostne poslovne prakse dobaviteljev znotraj dobavnih verig. Raziskava preučuje mednarodne standarde, okvire korporativnega upravljanja in regulativne smernice, hkrati pa obravnava tudi vlogo etične ozaveščenosti vodij in organizacijske kulture. Empirični del temelji na anketi, izvedeni med podjetji v Sloveniji, s poudarkom na obsegu, v katerem organizacije vključujejo etiko in trajnost v svoje poslovne prakse, vrednosti, ki jim jih pripisujejo pri izbiri dobaviteljev, in kako sta etika in trajnost vključeni v upravljanje dobaviteljev. Rezultati so predstavljeni v tabelah in grafih, ki poudarjajo merila, ki jih podjetja uporabljajo pri izbiri dobaviteljev, in izzive, povezane z izvajanjem. Ugotovitve potrjujejo, da se podjetja vse bolj zavedajo strateškega pomena trajnosti in etike v dobavnih verigah, vendar sta raven merljivih kazalnikov in sistematičnega vrednotenja še vedno omejena. Diplomsko delo vključuje priporočila za izboljšanje okvirov za ocenjevanje in izbiro dobaviteljev ter vključitev jasnih kazalnikov uspešnosti.

Title:	Ethical and sustainable business practices of suppliers in the supply chain
Abstract:	This thesis investigates ethical and sustainable business practices of suppliers within supply chains. The research examines international standards, corporate governance frameworks and regulatory guidelines, while also addressing the role of ethical awareness of managers and organizational culture. The empirical part is based on a survey conducted among companies in Slovenia, focusing on the extent to which organizations incorporate ethics and sustainability into their business practices, the value they attribute to them when selecting suppliers, and how ethics and sustainability are integrated into supplier management. The results are presented in tables and graphs, highlighting the criteria companies use when selecting suppliers and the challenges associated with implementation. The findings confirm that companies are increasingly aware of the strategic importance of sustainability and ethics in supply chains, but the level of measurable indicators and systematic evaluation remains limited. The thesis includes recommendations for improving frameworks for supplier assessment and selection and the inclusion of clear performance indicators.
