Abstract:
Neinvazivna ventilacija je pomembna metoda podpore dihanju pri kritično bolnih pacientih, ki zmanjšuje potrebo po intubaciji in s tem povezane zaplete. Namen magistrskega dela je bil raziskati stališča izvajalcev zdravstvene nege o uporabi neinvazivne ventilacije v enotah intenzivne terapije ter preučiti pomen izobraževanja in usposabljanja za varno in učinkovito izvajanje neinvazivne ventilacije.

Opinion of nursing providers on non-invasive ventilation in the intensive care unit: the importance of education and training
Abstract:
Non-invasive ventilation is an important method of respiratory support in critically ill patients, which reduces the need for intubation and associated complications. The purpose of this master's thesis was to investigate the attitudes of healthcare providers regarding the use of non-invasive ventilation in intensive care units and to examine the importance of education and training for the safe and effective implementation of non-invasive ventilation.
