Abstract:
Merkur d.d. mora zaradi vedno večje konkurence na trgu iskati vedno nove poti za pridobivanje prednosti pred konkurenco. Pomembno je ponuditi izdelek, ki bo zadovoljiv kupca tako s funkcionalnostjo, kakovostjo in primerno ceno, ter hkrati podjetju prinesel tudi dobiček Zato smo v podjetju uvedli novo storitev – proizvodno storitev. V tej diplomski nalogi bom predstavil novi proizvodni proces razreza pločevine v trakove, ter finančno upravičenost investicije
