Abstract:
V diplomskem delu Preprečevanje ploskih stopal pri predšolskih otrocih je v teoretičnem delu predstavljen pomen človeških nog, njihov razvoj in zgradba. Opredeljen je pojem, kaj je plosko stopalo in kako ga prepoznamo. Opisani pa so tudi vzroki za nastanek ploskih stopal ter načini zdravljenja ploskih stopal. Predstavljena je vloga vrtca pri preventivi ploskih stopal oz. kako lahko vzgojiteljice pripomorejo k preprečevanju tega z različnimi vajami (hoja, teki po različnih površinah …). Opisane

Title:
Preventing flat feet with pre-school children
Abstract:
In my diploma with the title Preventing flat feet with pre-school children, the theoretical part presents the importance of the human feet, their development and construction. It is explained what a flat foot is, how we recognize it and it is deschribed how we can treat it. The role of the kindergarten in preventing this with different exercises like walking and running on different areas is also introduced. The significance of the children's footwear as well as orthopedic footwear and what we can achieve.
