Cilj diplomskega dela je bil analizirati in oceniti delovanje tehnične podpore v Splošni bolnišnici Celje z vidika zaposlenih uporabnikov, ki potrebujejo pomoč zaradi nastalih okvar. V teoretičnem delu so predstavljeni: pomen tehnične podpore v zdravstvenih ustanovah, zgodovinski razvoj ter modeli in standardi.

The aim of the thesis was to analyse and assess the operation of technical support in the Celje General Hospital from the perspective of employee users who need help due to a malfunction.
