Abstract:V magistrskem delu so obravnavane različne izvedbe stikališč, in sicer zračno stikališče ter s plinom izolirano stikališče.

Title:Selection of the optimal tehnical solution for the construction/reconstruction of high-voltage substations using the multi-criteria decision-making method
Abstract:The master's thesis deals with different switchgear designs, namely air- and gas-insulated switchgear. The individual elements that comprise the substations are described in detail, with a greater emphasis on the gas-insulated switchgear and the current issue of using SF6 gas as an insulating medium, as well as the challenges it presents. The central theme of the thesis is the development of a new methodology to support decision-making in the construction of a new substation or the retrofitting of an existing one due to equipment obsolescence. The new decision-making methodology also includes an analytical hierarchy process, which belongs to the multi-criteria decision-making methods. This breaks down the criteria into individual levels and weights them according to their importance, which also increases the objectivity of the choice. The proposed methodology will help decision makers in the future to select the optimal substation design according to the specific project requirements.
