Title:Preparation for initiating an attack from the goalkeeper in 7-a-side football
Abstract:This thesis focuses on the organization of building up play from the goalkeeper in 7– a side football. The 7v7 format, commonly used in younger age categories, allows for greater individual involvement, promotes the development of technical and tactical skills, and encourages faster decision– making on the field. A key part of the thesis is the analysis of the goalkeeper's role in initiating attacking play, including the selection of distribution type, timing coordination, and the positioning of teammates. The theoretical framework covers the fundamental characteristics of the 7v7 game format, principles of football tactics, the laws of attacking play, and methods for teaching tactical content. The thesis also presents the two most commonly used tactical systems in 7– a- side football (1-3-1-2 and 1-2-3-1) and examines their influence on building up attacks from the goalkeeper. The methodology is based on the analysis of existing scientific literature and professional sources, while graphical representations of drills and practical examples were created using the Soccer Drive software. The aim of this thesis is to provide a theoretical presentation of the tactics involved in building up play from the goalkeeper and design a structured training system that enables coordinated, fast, and efficient execution of attacking actions in 7 – a - side football.
