Title:Primerjava ERP rešitev Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central in Odoo v računovodskih operacijah

Abstract:V diplomskem delu je izvedena primerjava dveh sodobnih ERP rešitev, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central in Odoo, glede na njune računovodske zmožnosti. V ospredju je analiza razlik v zasnovi sistemov, osnovnem delovanju računovodskih funkcij ter postopku knjiženja poslovnih dogodkov v praksi. Rezultati analize kažejo, da oba sistema omogočata izvajanje ključnih računovodskih funkcij in da je izbira ustrezne ERP rešitve v veliki meri odvisna od potreb podjetja. Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central temelji na bolj standardiziranem in strukturiranem pristopu, ki je tesno povezan z Microsoftovim ekosistemom, medtem ko Odoo izstopa po modularni zasnovi, večji funkcionalnosti in prilagodljivosti ter preglednejšem prikazu računovodskih knjižb.

Title:Comparison of ERP solutions Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Odoo in accounting Operations
Abstract:The thesis compares two modern ERP solutions, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Odoo, in terms of their accounting capabilities. The focus is on analyzing the differences in the design of the systems, the basic operation of accounting functions and the process of posting business events in practice. The results of the analysis show that both systems support the execution of key accounting functions and that the choice of the appropriate ERP solution largely depends on the needs of the company. Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is based on a more standardized and structured approach, which is closely integrated with the Microsoft ecosystem, while Odoo stands out for its modular design, greater functionality and flexibility and a more transparent display of accounting entries.
