Abstract:Spremljanje porabe projektnih virov predstavlja pomemben del projektnega vodenja, zlasti v tehničnih in energetskih projektih.

Title:Development of an analytical model for analyzing resource consumption deviations in projects
Abstract:Monitoring project resource consumption is an important aspect of project management, especially in technical and energy-related projects. In practice, project control is often based on comparing the estimated scope of work with actual working hours; however, this approach does not always enable the timely identification of deviations. This thesis presents an analytical model for monitoring working hours that connects the baseline scope of work, actual execution, and the forecast of final resource consumption. The forecast is based on cumulatively recorded actual working hours and the remaining planned scope of work. The model enables continuous projection of final resource consumption, analysis of forecast dynamics over time, and the identification of deviations by project roles. The results indicate that such an approach can contribute to better understanding of project development and support more effective management of project resources.
