Abstract:	V delu bomo najprej opredelili splošni pomen upravljanja človeških virov ter njegov pomen za podjetje. Predstavili bomo ključne priložnosti, ki jih prinese upravljanje človeških virov, in različne izzive, s katerimi se soočajo. Prav tako bomo opredelili, kaj pomeni digitalizacija upravljanja človeških virov, njene priložnosti in izzivi. Delo bomo pisali s pomočjo podjetja X, ki bo ostalo anonimno. Analizirali bomo primer, kako podjetje X opredeljuje ključne procese in funkcionalnosti, ki jih izvaja upravljanje človeških virov. Za potrebe digitalizacije se bomo osredotočili na različne ponudnike, ki so prisotni na trgu, in sicer Odoo HR, Intrix CRM in pa Gecko. Vsi trije sodijo med večje ponudnike na slovenskem trgu, zaradi česar so zanimivi predstavniki za analizo primera. Na koncu bomo naredili še primerjalno analizo med ponudniki in ključnimi zahtevami izbranega podjetja X. S tem bomo opisali, ali ponudniki izpolnjujejo ključne funkcionalne zahteve in ali so zahteve primerne glede na ceno, ki jo ponudniki zahtevajo za svoje rešitve.

Title:	Analysis of the relevance of software solutions to the key functional requirements of human resource management: a case study
Abstract:	In this assignment, we will first define the meaning of human resource management, its importance, and its significance for the company. We will present the key opportunities that human resource management brings, as well as the various challenges it faces. We will also define what the digitization of human resource management means, its opportunities, and challenges. We will write the assignment with the help of Company X, which will remain anonymous. We will analyze a case study of how Company X defines the key processes and functionalities performed by human resource management. For the purposes of digitization, we will focus on various providers that appear on the market. These providers will be: Odoo HR, Intrix CRM, and Gecko. All three are among the largest providers on the Slovenian market, which makes them interesting representatives for case analysis. Finally, we will perform a comparative analysis between the providers and the key requirements of the selected company X. This will allow us to describe whether the providers meet the key functional requirements and whether they are appropriate in terms of the price they charge for their solutions.
