Abstract:Globalno okolje odprte znanosti se hitro razvija, saj države, univerze, raziskovalne organizacije in agencije za financiranje razvijajo politike za krepitev odprtosti, vključenosti in družbenega vpliva raziskav. Vseeno pa spremljanje uvajanja in napredka odprte znanosti v različnih regijah, institucijah in disciplinah, kakor tudi vrednotenje akademskega, gospodarskega in družbenega vpliva, ostaja izziv, saj so obstoječe pobude za monitoring pogosto razdrobljene, raznolike in težko primerljive.

Title:Open Science Monitoring Initiative
Abstract:The global landscape of open science is evolving rapidly, with policies being developed in countries, universities, research-performing organizations, and funding agencies to enhance openness, inclusivity, and the societal impact of research. However, tracking the adoption and progress of open science across various regions, institutions, and disciplines, as well as evaluating its academic, economic, and societal impacts, remains challenging, as current monitoring initiatives tend to be fragmented, heterogenous and difficult to compare.
