Abstract:	Zaključno delo obravnava razvoj aplikacije, katere glavni namen je ocenjevanje delovne uspešnosti zaposlenih na fakulteti. Na fakulteti se ocenjevanje izvaja dvakrat letno, na koncu se izda letno poročilo o delovni uspešnosti. Za izdelavo aplikacije smo uporabili okolje za malokodno programiranje Oracle APEX. Cilj diplomske naloge je bil izdelati prototip aplikacije, ki nadrejenim omogoča enostavno ocenjevanje zaposlenih, zaposlenim pregled svojih ocen in administraciji prenos podatkov v kadrovski informacijski sistem. V delu je opisan postopek izdelave aplikacije, ki vključuje zaslonske slike vseh korakov izdelave in njihove opise. Diplomska naloga obsega analizo procesov, zasnovo relacijskega podatkovnega modela, skripte za kreiranje podatkovnih tabel, razvoj PL/SQL funkcij za izračun ocene in sprožilcev za generiranje identifikatorjev. Razvita aplikacija bo pripomogla k bolj učinkovitemu ocenjevanju zaposlenih na fakulteti.

Title:	Development of an application for evaluating work performance
Abstract:	The thesis addresses the development of an application which functions as a tool for evaluating work performance of university employees. The evaluation at the university takes place twice a year and is followed up by a yearly report on work performance. For the development of the application, we used the low-code development environment Oracle APEX. The goal of the thesis was to create a prototype of an application that allows supervisors to evaluate employees, and gives the employees insight into their own grades, which the administration can further transfer into the human resources information system. The work outlines the process of app creation, including screenshots of each step and their descriptions. The thesis encompasses analysis of processes, the design of a relational data model, scripts for the creation of new tables, the development of PL/SQL functions and triggers used for generating identificators. The application which we have developed will help make the whole evaluation process at the university a lot more efficient.
