Rezultat učinkovitejšega internega komuniciranja bodo zagotovo kvalitetne in inovativne poslovne ideje zaposlenih. Seveda ob hkratni uporabi časopisa Banka in mi.

Title:The publication of Banka Celje as internal communication tool
Abstract:Whether in a small or a large company, the internal communication plays a very important role, since the internal public is the company's closest, most clearly recognizable public and is the one that communicates with the outside. Employee satisfaction should be the first general goal of every company. Strategic management concepts should be the foundation of the internal communication. Better communication will make employees feel more loyal to the company and better motivated to achieve their business goals more efficiently. Due to their increased involvement, employees will better understand the importance of business goals to the company. More efficient internal communication will surely result in qualitative and innovative business ideas of employees. Better internal communication will also build and strengthen the company's organizational culture. Public relations experts that tackle internal communication have different tools at their disposal to convey messages to coworkers, ranging from various sticker and announcement boards, meetings and round table discussions to more technologically advanced options like e-mail, intranet, various printed materials, internal TV... A company only needs to find the one that best serves its needs. Whether written or oral communication. Channels that use the written word are efficient and practical, but take a lot of time for preparation and reading. The oral communication, like regular meetings, round table discussions and internal events are also efficient, but also require a lot of preparation time. Some also carry larger financial cost. The downside of the oral communication is its lack of evidence. In the future, the internal communication will use electronic media even more and this requires of participants certain technical knowledge. This is the reason why companies with an older employee structure still don't use this new means to their full potential. In Banka Celje, the bank's internal written publication called "Banka in mi" (We and The Bank) is still rated highest among its employees in popularity as a communication tool and they want to keep it in a written format. On the other hand, other tools are also as important and are being constantly developed. Short time ago, the bank redesigned its intranet and will in the future certainly increasingly rely on its usage as an internal communication tool. Alongside, of course, with the "Banka in mi" magazine.
