Abstract:V magistrskem delu »Tehniško ekonomska karakterizacija materialov za slojevito proizvodnjo glasbil« smo raziskovali primernost materialov za izdelavo glasbil s postopkom FFF (angl. Fused Filament Fabrication). Namen ekonomske analize je bil oceniti in primerjati upravičenost izdelave trupa električne kitare z dodajalnimi tehnologijami in s tradicionalnim postopkom izdelave. Rezultati kažejo, da dodajalne tehnologije zaradi višjih stroškov materiala, vzdrževanja in nižje izkoriščenosti opreme trenutno niso ekonomsko primerljive s tradicionalnimi postopki.

Title:Technical and economical characterisation of materials for the layered production of musical instruments
Abstract:In the task »Technical and economical characterisation of materials for the layered production of musical instruments«, we investigated the suitability of materials for musical instrument production using the FFF (Fused Filament Fabrication) process. In the practical part, we analyzed the acoustic responses of PLA material and compared them with wood as a reference material. The results showed that due to the layered structure of the print, some theoretical material properties change, mainly in the form of greater damping. The purpose of the economic analysis was to assess and compare the feasibility of manufacturing an electric guitar body using additive technologies and traditional manufacturing processes. The results show that additive technologies are currently not economically comparable to traditional processes due to higher material and maintenance costs and lower equipment utilization.
