Transforming of joint-stock company to limited liability company
Abstract:
There is a company presented in my diploma work that is transformed from joint-stock company into limited liability company and a case of resolution about transforming. In limited liability company we have more advantages like lower management charges, cheaper foundation and simpler administration.
