Abstract:
Varnost pacienta je njegova osnovna zakonska pravica. Zaposleni morajo biti ustrezno usposobljeni, kompetentni in izkušeni. Namen zaključnega dela je proučiti pogoje, izzive in zaznane pomanjkljivosti v procesu premeščanja pacientov iz urgentnega centra v druge bolnišnične enote z vidika zaposlenih v zdravstveni negi.

Title:
Ensuring safety of pacients during transfer from the emergency department to other hospital units
Abstract:
Patient safety is a fundamental legal right. Employees must be adequately trained, competent, and experienced. The aim of the study was to examine the conditions, challenges, and perceived deficiencies in the process of transferring patients from the emergency department to other hospital wards from the perspective of nursing staff.
